Above the Net is offered by Blackdial Marketing (the “seller,” “we,” or “us”). These terms govern your use of this website and the Above the Net — 21-Day Volleyball Performance Challenge PDF. You are contracting with Blackdial Marketing for the product licence. Payments are processed through Stripe; any additional payment-service terms are shown at checkout.

By purchasing the product or continuing to use this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase the product. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have a parent or guardian make the purchase for you.

The product is a 32-page digital PDF containing a 21-day volleyball training plan, testing, recovery guidance and a tracker. A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own personal training. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription; there are no recurring fees or plan upgrades.

Blackdial Marketing retains ownership of the product, documentation, website and branding, and all associated intellectual property, except material owned by third parties. You may not resell, publicly upload, distribute, copy for others or otherwise commercially exploit the PDF without permission.

This program provides general fitness education, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting. It is intended for active, injury-free volleyball athletes. Younger athletes and anyone returning from injury should work with a coach or clinician. Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness or other concerning symptoms.

Results vary with your starting point, consistency and recovery. We do not guarantee performance improvements or elite athletic results.

Prices are in USD. The founding price is $9.99 for the first 100 paid orders; after those spots are filled, the price is $15.99. Refunded orders do not count toward the founding limit. Your applicable price and any taxes are displayed at checkout before you pay.

Checkout is provided by Stripe. Depending on the checkout service and buyer location, Stripe may handle tax compliance, fraud protection, disputes and transaction-related support. Applicable payment terms are displayed before purchase.

All sales of this digital PDF are final. Blackdial Marketing does not offer voluntary refunds for change of mind, non-use or dissatisfaction after purchase. This does not exclude refunds or remedies required by applicable law, duplicate or unauthorized charges, or rights under the payment provider’s applicable terms. See our No-Refund Policy.

After successful payment confirmation, the confirmation page provides a private PDF download link valid for 24 hours. Save the PDF to your device. You must provide accurate purchase information, including your email address.

You must not use the site or product unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual property; share stolen purchase links; or interfere with security or service operation, including malware, unauthorised probing, automated scraping or attempts to bypass access controls. If you have an account, keep its credentials confidential and take responsibility for activity under it.

We take reasonable care in providing the product and website, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, the training material is provided without guarantees of suitability for your individual health or athletic circumstances. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

We may suspend or terminate website access or your product licence for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Termination does not remove any statutory refund or consumer rights.

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data. We may update these terms for legal or service changes and will show the effective date on this page. Updates do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
