No-Refund Policy

Above the Net — 21-Day Volleyball Performance Challenge is a digital PDF sold by Blackdial Marketing. All sales are final. Once you purchase, we do not offer voluntary refunds for change of mind, non-use, accidental purchases or dissatisfaction. Please review the product description, training preview and Terms & Conditions before buying.

This policy does not exclude any cancellation, refund or other remedy required by applicable law, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content. Where a legal withdrawal right applies, it is waived only if the legally required consent and acknowledgement are obtained; this page alone does not waive it.

Payment-provider terms, dispute rights and remedies for unauthorized or duplicate charges still apply. Stripe may process refunds or reversals under those terms. Blackdial Marketing cannot override those rights.

If your payment is duplicated, unauthorized or your PDF is not delivered, retain your receipt and order reference. Use the support options on your payment receipt or contact Blackdial Marketing so the issue can be investigated. A download problem should be reported promptly; the private download link provided after confirmation lasts 24 hours.

Any required refund is returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your financial institution. After a full refund, paid download access and the personal-use licence end; stop using the PDF and delete your copies. Fully refunded orders no longer count toward the first 100 founding-price spots.
